Zane Lamprey

Zane Lamprey is an award-winning comedian, television host, producer, and writer. Beginning with “Three Sheets” on the Travel Channel, Zane has traveled the world as a host for television shows on National Geographic Channel, Food Network, Travel Channel, Hulu, and Netflix.

Since the first episode of Three Sheets aired in 2006, Zane has built a legion of dedicated fans and the reputation as a personality that people trust. He has participated in hundreds of interviews for radio and print and has appeared as a guest on “The Tonight Show,” “Last Call with Carson Daly,” “SquawkBox”, “CNN Headline News” and many others. He has also been featured in over 150 publications, including Vanity Fair, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Entertainment Weekly, Playboy, Stuff, and on the cover of Mutineer Magazine and D-List. 

 In 2016 Zane launched his Pleepleus apparel brand with the most successful Kickstarter apparel campaign ever, raising over $2M for his “Adventure Hoodie”. Zane’s degree in design, and background as an entrepreneur, as well as a strategy and marketing consultant, has given him a keen ability to creatively solve problems coupled with an underlying drive for success. 

 Throughout his career, Zane has been able to leverage his position as a trusted celebrity into a successful clothing line (Pleepleus). He created “Chug", the first-ever crowdfunded television show, that began on Kickstarter, and was then sold to the National Geographic Channel. Zane also set world records for the most Champagne bottles sabered in a minute (at 31) and the longest live broadcast, with his podcast (at 26 hours). 

 Zane is currently heading his national comedy tour and is the author of the book: 6 Continents, 15 Countries, 190 drinks and 1 Mean Hangover, published by Random House.
