Adela Fabian

Adela Fabian is an entrepreneur, investor relations professional, and business development executive with extensive experience in real estate, strategic partnerships, and international business development.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she developed an early understanding of business through the family transport company before building her own experience across commercial development, real estate, and strategic partnerships. She studied Marketing and further expanded her education at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, strengthening her expertise in communication, negotiation, and international relations.

She is the Founder and CEO of Fabiani & Partners, an architecture, interior design, and development consultancy specializing in hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments. Through the firm, she leads the conceptual development, design strategy, and market positioning of projects, working closely with developers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to create commercially successful, human-centered environments.

Through years of attending international investment conferences and building relationships across Europe, the GCC, and the United States, Adela has established a strong international network of family offices, private investors, developers, and strategic partners.

At PURIVIA, she focuses on Investor Relations, Business Development, strategic partnerships, and the conceptual development of integrated longevity destinations. Working alongside PURIVIA’s medical leadership and technology partners, she helps translate advanced longevity and healthcare concepts into real estate, hospitality, and mixed-use developments by aligning medical innovation, design vision, commercial strategy, and investment.

Her long-term vision is to accelerate the global adoption of longevity-focused developments by bringing together healthcare innovation, real estate, strategic partnerships, and investment to create scalable projects with lasting social and economic impact.
