Shyam Desigan

Shyam Desigan has 20 years of successful leadership experience in corporate finance, capital investments and fundraising for high-growth and mid-sized businesses, as well as turnaround and restructuring situations. He has a diverse industry background, including private equity, venture capital, healthcare, digital currencies and real estate. Shyam is well versed in debt restructurings as well as equity raises - from Seed to Series B financings.   

Shyam has deep financial planning and analysis experience and has successfully leveraged business intelligence and predictive analytics on numerous occasions to minimize risks, drive process improvements and operational success. He also has extensive restructuring and operational outsourcing management experience and a strong knowledge of a number of GL, ERP, procurement and corporate performance management systems with experience implementing and improving internal controls.   

Shyam has an MBA in Finance and has worked with a number of early-stage ventures globally and helped them tap North American capital markets.
